Corporate event photography is a service that captures the essence of your event -- the people presenting the program to celebrating the attendees. Photography by Misty documents the big and small moments that bring your event to life.

Photography by Misty has photographed team meeting to 1,000+ people corporate events. We have worked with national clients like PepsiCo and Frito-Lay to local clients like the Plano Chamber of Commerce. Images of our work are throughout this website, and we can send you a link if you wish to see more.

You should expect a photographer to get a wide variety of images during your event. At Photography by Misty, Misty will have a consultation with the client to develop the best coverage plan of speakers, meetings, workshops and candids. Headshots and video are also options.

Sometimes one photographer can not be at two places at once. During the consultation process with Photography by Misty, priorities will be set by the event leader if there will only be one photographer on-site. There is always the option to hire a second photographer for added coverage during the busiest part of the event's program.

After completing an online form (add link here), Misty will arrange a phone call (how long before the event???). The event leader should be prepared to discuss what they want captured, what the 'must have' moments are and any potential issues. Misty will listen and, thanks to her 20+ years of experience, will bring up what the event leader may not have thought of.

You should expect prompt delivery of your event images (one to two weeks). At Photography by Misty, the event's edited images will be delivered to you in a gallery in 7 to 10 days. For an added fee, you can get a handful of images the next day. If you would like to receive images as the event is happening it is possible through Photography by Misty's Real-Time photography.

Real-Time photography is a service that delivers images of attendees directly to their cellphone during the event. Before the event, attendees will scan a QR code and upload a selfie. Then as images are taken during the event, AI will identify faces from the selfies and send images to the users' cellphones. The attendees can then share the images with each other or upload to social media.
The event planner will still receive all edited images in 7 to 10 days.

Some photographers retain the copyright to images from corporate events, even if they are paid for their services. The client usually receives a license for usage (marketing, internal use). Photography by Misty does not work that way. It is your event; the images are yours.

You should not expect a photographer to be available to remain onsite longer than the contracted hours. However, at Photography by Misty, please bring up the chance of your event running long during the consultation. If the photographer is available to stay, he/she will stay on-site.

Many hotels require outside vendors to present Certificates of Insurance. Not only does Photography by Misty have a muli-million-dollar policy, but we are already on-file with several of the area hotels and event venues.

Breaks are built into the photographer's schedule for half-day and full-day events. Meals are appreciated but not required.

Corporate event photography can face numerous challenges, ranging from technical issues to logistical problems. Photography by Misty has experienced photographers who have dealt with and solved these problems on the fly. The consultation is a key component in the planning process to try and avoid potential issues.
