- AI Technology. Give your attendees something to talk about. During portions of your event, we are able to immediately send attendees any pictures in which they've been photographed. See "Earth Shattering News " blog below. The two-hour minimum is $1,023, with a $362/hr fee for additional time. We'll let you know from experience what times during your event work best for our fun AI services, which can be turned off and back on. Give your attendees something to talk about.
- Day-of-Event Headshots. Where you bonus your attendees with an updated headshot. We'll bring the professional studio to you: $487/hr. A minimum of 2 hours or 24 team members required. All final deliverables are enhanced and renamed.
- Daily Highlights. Within 4 hours of that day's happenings, we'll send you a gallery of 15-20 images to showcase the next morning, splash on SM, send to investors and more. $199/event, whether it's 1, 2, 3, 4 or more days.
- Where do all the images go? Once the event culminates, do you have the energy to share the images with the attendees? We've got you. We will happily create informational cards to hand out to attendees with on-line gallery links, QR code to downloadable images, activation and deactivation date. The card will also include photographer’s info, simplifying your life by taking you out of the middle.... $49 per set of 100
- Add a little something spectacular! Drone coverage starting at $480.

FAQs

How & when will the images be delivered?

You will receive your final images 1.5 weeks after your event. They will be delivered via a downloadable gallery. ½-day shoots and longer will also be delivered via flashdrive for safe keeping. Attendees will also have the option of purchasing prints from the gallery.

Will you work with our budget?

We have a few options, which help us stay within your budget. We do have base pricing, however pricing can be customized according to your event needs.

Our clients have grown to love, appreciate and, most of all, trust us. We would be honored to hop across the nation to document your special event.

Will we have the copyrights to our images?

Absolutely. It’s your event, and they are your images. We will not nickel and dime our clients.

Why does my photographer need liability insurance?
-
Many hotels require outside vendors to present Certificates of Insurance. Not only does Photography by Misty have a muli-million-dollar policy, but we are already on-file with several of the area hotels and event venues.
