Ball in your court:

• Get 6-8 hours of sleep the night before

• Hydrate well the day prior and morning of your time in front of the camera.

• Part of the well-hydrated process is to avoid alcohol the night before, which is sometimes a difficult ask. Oftentimes you’ll be coming in for a conference in Dallas, where the company wines and dines you each evening. Party pooper I am not. One or two could be acceptable as long as they are each followed up by an equal amount of water.

• Coordinate a well-fitting outfit. Make sure your jacket buttons. Ladies, three-quarters or full well-fitted sleeves will be the most flattering. Avoid white and/or light jackets. Trying to hide behind ballooning attire will only add pounds. We encourage you and your team  to send us phone images of what they are planning to wear.

• And, don’t worry, we got you. We’ll help you with posture and posing that will instantly take between 5 and 10 pounds off the already-stunning you. Yes, I know, you are welcome. You can use these party tricks later to always be the best looking person in a group photo.
