What is Real Time Photography?

With the power of Artificial Intelligence technology, a way for everyone at an event to receive images of only themselves as they are taken has become possible. By scanning a QR code and following a simple set of instructions, you have the power to enjoy the event all night without worrying about photos. Real Time Photography eases the pressure for everyone involved by eliminating the responsibility of distributing content at a later date.

It begins with the provision of a QR code to your company before the event. This code will be displayed on a pop-up banner at the registration table set up by our photographers during your occasion, but provided in advance for the company to distribute or make additional fliers. Once scanned, the link will take you to a site that prompts you to take a selfie.

By sharing a selfie, the AI can familiarize itself with your specific features. This is how the software determines which images to send to you throughout the night–only the ones in which you appear. How cool is that?

The last step in registration is providing your phone number so your photos can be sent directly to you throughout the event. By removing that layer of stress, each guest and committee member can fully immerse themselves in the experience without wondering where to find their pictures. It’s also the easiest way to tell if you need to take more pictures–you can see immediately if you don’t like them!

How much does it cost?

To reserve and utilize Real Time services, there is a minimum 2-hour fee of $1,023. For each additional hour after the first two, there will be a charge of $362 per hour. If your company only needs AI-assisted technology for a portion of your event, pricing may be negotiated and adjusted as necessary.

Will the company still receive all of the images from the event in a separate file?

YES! Within one week of the event, your company will receive a downloadable gallery with each photo taken.

Is everyone required to participate in Real Time services?

No! Participation is completely optional. Real Time Photography is simply a way to make event photography an easier experience for everyone involved. It should by no means be stressful for anyone!

Is Real Time Photography an all-or-nothing type deal? What if there are portions of the event that shouldn’t be photographed?

Real Time is not set in stone! It is recommended to disable the AI services during formal programming and can easily be communicated to your photographer when this is needed.
