Let's Get to Know Your Love Story

Your Wedding Brand

Location

Detailed Shots

The first thing we'll capture are the little details which make your day extra special. Please have the maid of honor and best man help you place everything together for your photographer to easily access when she arrives at the venue. Details include invitations, anything the bride and groom will be wearing: bride's gown & the groom's tux. We'd also like to use the bride's veil, accessories, such as watch, tie, cuff links, shoes, jewelry, perfume and rings.

Attire

Vendors

When we post your pictures online, we'll tag all the vendors pictures so

1) They can see their amazing work.

2) Viewers can see whose work is pictured and contact them for inquiries.

Please provide me with a list of all the wedding vendors. Make sure to include ceremony musicians, officiant(s), bridal-gown boutique, tux-rental shop, florist, decor rental shop, cake creator, caterer, wedding planner and anyone else who has played a key role in making your day extra special.

Wedding Party

Family Portraits

There is typically one hour from the time the ceremony ends to the time you're introduced into the reception. During the time, guests enjoy cocktails while we take group portraits, family portraits, the wedding party and, of course, the bride & groom.

Having a detailed family portrait shot list helps us take these portraits in an efficient manner while allowing us to have enough time for your husband-and-wife portraits. I've included a go-to list, however feel free to revise it accordingly.

Think about the what your post-ceremony timeline looks like and how many people are in your family to be construct your list. Any second cousins or distant relatives can wait to have their pictures taken during the reception. However, if you'd like a two-hour time gap between the ceremony and reception, we can certainly accommodate an extended list.

Please ask your officiant to make an announcement at the end of the ceremony:

"Wedding party and immediate family of the bride & groom, please remain seated for portraits."

This will save us from having to chase people down in the reception.

First Look

We're almost there! Thank you for your patience.
The Ceremony

It is difficult to get uninterrupted images during the ceremony if the guests are taking their own pictures on their phones. Please ask the officient to make an announcement about that, ensuring them that they will have access to the images to download and order. You can also create a tasteful sign, communicating the same message. Here's an example:

"Welcome to our unplugged wedding. We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony. Please silence all cell phones. Thank you."

The Reception
Alas!! That's it! We are sooo excited about your wedding day, but, most of all, we're pumped about your marital journey!
